Devora Libin genuine Swarovski crystal Mezuzahs may be kept looking shiny and new by gently wiping with a smooth dry cotton cloth - No cleanser needed. It is recommended to avoid exposure to moisture and extreme hot and cold.
Red String Jewelry Devora Libin Red String Jewelry should not be worn while bathing or swimming. In order to keep charms sparkling please remove all jewelry before applying any perfume, makeup or hair product.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
A Devora Libin Gift Certificate is the perfect way to ensure your special someone will love their gift! From $25 to $500 Gift Certificates can be used just like a credit card until the full amount is used up. Simply fill out the information on the Gift Certificate page and select a delivery method. Devora Libin Gift Certificate may be delivered via USPS or Email. To redeem, enter the Gift Code at time of check out.
GIFT WRAP
Devora Libin offers a Gift Wrap option, which may be selected from your product page. For an additional $3 (per item), your gift will be wrapped in tissue paper and packaged in a special gift box with the Devora Libin logo.
Gift Message: Fill out this section on the product page and your message will be delivered on a classic white gift card with your gift box.
GIFT RECEIPTS
When using our Gift Wrap service the gift recipient will automatically receive a package slip that does not include pricing information.

RETURN POLICY
We are confident that you will be thoroughly obsessed with your Devora Libin purchase . . .
However, if for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order you may choose to return it for an exchange or merchandise credit. As long as their isnt any evident wear and tear there shouldnt be any problems. NO REFUNDS.
• Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt.
• Please Note: Shipping & Handling charges are non-refundable.
• All custom orders (including sizing) are FINAL SALE.

How do I make a return?
1. E-mail us at info@devoralibin.com for a RA (Return Authorization) number.
2. Securely pack and seal the return merchandise in the same condition that it was received (undamaged, with tags attached to item and magnetic strips with mezuzahs). Also, include original invoice and your RA number. COD deliveries will not be accepted.
3. Please ship back to above address using an insured service (we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves).

If a Devora Libin mezuzah needs to be repaired within 30 days of purchase, Devora Libin will gladly do so at no cost, provided it has not been subjected to abnormally harsh use (such as being dropped or exposed to extreme weather conditions). After 30 days there will be a service charge, cost dependant upon item, plus shipping costs.
Red String Jewelry
Devora Libin red string is delicate and is intended to eventually break. If your string breaks within 30 days of purchase, Devora Libin will replace the red string and reassemble using your exisiting components. After 30 days there will be a service charge, cost dependent upon item, plus shipping costs. Please package the item as is and ship to the above address.

What is your cancellation policy?
If you would like to change or cancel an order, please e-mail us as soon as possible, info@devoralibin.com, and we will do our best to accommodate you. All merchandise is handmade to order and we begin production as soon as we receive your request to ensure your shipment can be sent out in a timely manner. Your order can not be changed or cancelled once it has entered this process.
SHIPPING POLICY
When will my order ship?
Since all Devora Libin merchandise is handmade to order please allow 10-14 days for your order to be shipped. If you have an emergency, because you forgot a birthday and the only way to make it up to them is to send them a gift from Devora Libin, contact us at info@devoralibin.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Shipping & Handling
All packages will be sent Priority Mail, 2-3 days, via USPS. For those emergency orders, discussed earlier, we offer USPS
Express, next day, delivery. Packages may be delivered Monday–Saturday.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation via e-mail which will include a USPS tracking number.
Simply go to www.usps.com and fill in the ‘Track and Confirm’ section.
Devora Libin does not offer international shipping at this time.
If you would like items in your order to be shipped to more than one address, feel free to contact us at info@devoralibin.com to adjust shipping & handling charges.
A Sales Tax of 8.375% will be applied to orders shipped within New York State only. No Sales Tax will applied to orders shipped outside of New York.
